NOW & NEXT™ Workshop
COST: free
Lasting positive change for your child and family.
We all want our children to thrive, and you make the biggest difference as parents and carers. By building on our children’s strengths, we can help them to lead a good life. Now & Next™ is an award-winning programme that makes that happen.
Now & Next™ is facilitated by trained parent peer workers with lived experience in raising a child with a disability or developmental delay. By learning through shared experience and connecting with other families, the programme complements the therapists and professionals you work with, to deliver great outcomes.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you will learn how to set goals and reach them using a strength-based and family-centred approach.
In this programme you will learn how to:
Identify vision and set goals for your child, family and self, using our unique Pictability™ planning tool.
Use our Goal to Action strategy to achieve three goals during the programme.
Create positive relationships with professionals.
Increase your personal agency, well-being and family resilience.
